TWO STAR SERVICE:
Hours : 0900-17:00 hrs Monday-Friday
Service:

• Access to FREEPHONE Emergency call out number.
• Same day call out for calls logged before 10:00 hrs
• Next day call out for calls logged after 10:00 hrs.
• Travel costs included.
• Labour costs included.
• UPS Technical Support.
• Excludes Batteries & Transformers.
• One visit per annum for preventative maintenance(8KVA and above).
• Parts to the value of £200 inclusive.

Hours: 0800-2000 hrs Monday-Sunday
Service:

• As 2 Star but includes access to weekend Emergency Telephone numbers.

FOUR STAR SERVICE:
Hours: 24 hrs, Seven days a week, 365 days-a-year.
Service:

• As 3 Star but includes access to 24 hr Emergency Telephone numbers.
• On-site within 8 hours.

Preventative Maintenance Visits

Your UPS will receive a full service by one of our experienced and fully trained engineers. This will incorporate a visual inspection and electronic testing of the UPS system and it’s environment, with a detailed report being issued on the system’s condition, highlighting any current or potential problems.
